how to Fixed this problem.

step 1 :

in terminal, type :

sudo gedit /etc/modrobe.d/alsa-base

step 2:

adding the text below  in the  last line :

options snd-hda-intel model=laptop

step 3:

restart ubuntu system then you will solve the problem
